I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 3 Training, which allows me to provide tools for helping couples communicate effectively and transform their relationship. In addition, I have also completed the advanced certification process to become a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider as well as a Brainspotting Level 1 Trained, Certified in Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for Trauma Treatment, Certified Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for Diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease provider, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Certified Telemental Health Provider Certifications to offer a more holistic and integrative approach to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness while preventing common mental health problems from the comfort of their own homes.

I sincerely enjoy helping couples deepen their intimate connections through communication and helping them create a shared system of values and meaning. Overtime, I truly feel that couples forget how to date each other, which is an integral element in finding their spark again.

Additionally, autoimmune diseases often go misdiagnosed and present as a mental illness. Addressing the whole person is essential in identifying the root cause to address underlying issues that may be preventing optimal health and wellness.

At A Beautiful Soul Holistic Counseling, I strive to deliver specialized and individualized therapy to each client to Individuals in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, and surrounding areas of Phoenix, as I offer convenient therapy services with Telehealth. My main focus is building rapport before counseling starts, as I feel this is the most important factor in building a therapeutic relationships.
