-WHO I WORK WITH-
I provide outpatient virtual therapy in Florida to those in recovery or recovering from an eating disorder, a disordered relationship with food, and /or poor body image. I provide a casual space to do the profound work of healing your relationship with yourself to increase your inner peace. I also work with those struggling with obsessive and compulsive thoughts or behaviors, excess anxiety, low motivation, self-doubt, and perfectionism.

I view you as the expert in your life and our work together as a partnership towards healing. I have a conversational style in sessions and will make sure to earn your trust as we do this body, mind, and soul work. I will help you make strides in both your internal emotional world as well as your external relational world.

-MY CREDENTIALS-
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. I have been in the field of eating disorders since 2018. I have worked for Manna Treatment and The Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders. I am a fully recovered professional utilizing both my personal experience and professional background to help you find your own healing.
