I work with people of all ages who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and other mental health issues. I am also an art therapist, and specialize in person-centered therapy. I use CBT, DBT, trauma informed care and rational emotive behavioral therapy. I look forward to working with you!
I am from north-central Nebraska and grew up on a cattle ranch. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, painting/creating art, spending time with family, and watching sports.
