Nicole Farshchian, Mental Health Therapist
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Seeking help through therapy is one of the strongest and bravest things you can do. It is you seeking to regain power over your own life.
My name is Nicole and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Florida and California. My goal as a therapist is to help you learn and figure out who you are through education and through building insight. I specialize in working with young and middle-aged adults struggling with identity, addiction, interpersonal relationships, personality disorders, attachment issues, depression and anxiety. I truly believe that each and every one of us has the strength to overcome any issue; sometimes we just need a little help.
I employ a warm, comforting, strengths based approach with a dash of motivational interviewing. The ability to admit that you are ready to seek therapy is difficult enough. I want to help you feel as confident as possible in your decision.
I encourage you to reach out to me if you resonate with any of the above. My goals are to be there for you as a guiding support, a shoulder to cry on, and a voice of reason to help you find better coping mechanisms or behavioral changes to help you on your journey.
