I can be that non-judgmental person to vent to and process difficult emotions with. I meet my clients where they are at in all stages of life from a person centered and strengths-based perspective.
I integrate multiple evidence- based practices such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. This coupled with a 200-hour yoga teacher training lends to my holistic approach to therapy by fostering a healthy mind-body connection with the application of mindfulness and breathing techniques.
