As a licensed psychotherapist, I believe that mental health and wellness are key to living a happy and well-balanced life so I encourage ALL people to seek out the help they deserve. I have over 10 years of experience supporting clients with matters such as stress, anxiety, relationship issues and trauma. I am passionate about working with historically marginalized populations and providing them with access to quality care.

I understand that clients' experiences are unique so I subscribe to an integrated and collaborative approach to therapy. In my work, I utilize client centered, strength based and cognitive behavioral approaches based on the individual needs of clients. I strive to provide clients with a safe and supportive therapeutic space where we can explore and work through life's challenges.
