I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults utilizing evidenced-based practices including Play Therapy/Expressive Arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and DBT-Informed Therapies. I also utilize strategies from Eastern Psychology (such as meditation) and Holistic Mental Health.
