As a therapist I work with kids, teens, young adults, & adults. I take a client centered approach to counseling, integrating in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I’ve been known to use some humor in sessions, as well as be direct at points

Life is a journey that can sometimes make us feel lost. Wandering around, trying to figure out what direction to go next. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, self-doubt, life transitions, or relational issues, I am here to help. I tend to be a direct therapist that is focused of finding solutions. One of the quotes I have come to embrace in my life is, “Being comfortable with the uncomfortable”. I believe that it fits with my idea of the therapeutic journey. For this reason, I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to process ongoing stressors, gain insight, and practice healthy coping skills.

My specialties include teens/adolescents, college students, young adults, adults, life transitions, and general anxiety/depression. I take a client centered approach to counseling integrating in; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

I know that taking the first step can feel so daunting. This is why I offer a free 20 minute phone or video consultation. It's a way to dip your toes in the water and see if I am the right therapist for you. Visit www.wildcactustherapy.com to learn more. I am currently only offering virtual therapy appointments.
