I am an experienced adolescent and adult therapist who utilizes EMDR and Solution Focused Therapy to help people work through trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I have a wide array of experience with those dealing with some sort of trauma or life difficulty, anything from typical depression and anxiety to child abuse, human trafficking, sexual assault, domestic violence, and incarceration. I primarily work from a Solution-Focused framework, and provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and CBT.
