I am an experienced therapist who is committed to helping my clients overcome challenges and live a healthy, happy life.

As a mental health clinician with significant experience with Cognitive Behavior, Solution Focused Brief and Person-Centered Therapy services, I approach treatment with unconditional understanding, mutual respect, and motivating support. I emphasize and demonstrate the value of a therapeutic relationship as the foundation on which change can occur. Working with clients to recognize the potential they possess enables them to implement the necessary changes to promote healthy living and long-term growth.

I help teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life experiences and learn to effectively manage trauma, social anxiety, communication difficulties, grief, anger, trust issues, and depression.

Through collective examination, my clients learn to understand and challenge negative thinking patterns and in turn internalize the power of positive thoughts and actions . By encouraging my clients to confront experiences that make them feel vulnerable, the goal is to empower them to take control of their lives and create a blueprint to thrive as an individual.

I love my work, and also enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music, and painting.
