About me
I am a new licensed professional counselor that wants to help those that need it, whether it being needing someone to talk to about things going on in their life, anxiety or depression, a child with oppositional defiance, trauma and more. I have worked with children and their parents for many years as a case manager and am now a licensed professional counselor and am still dedicated to help others. I have worked with adults as well through my practicum and internship. I have experience working with all kinds of mental health issues and understand sometimes we just need someone to help us with the walk of life. I have experience working with cognitive behavioral therapy and am continuing training to help with many other types of treatments.
