Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a mental health counselor dedicated to helping clients, couples, and families to promote healing by supporting you to discover your true selves! Everyone has a story to tell but sometimes barriers arise that result in us not feeling safe sharing our life journey. No matter what symptoms or challenges you are facing. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself and feel validated in your experiences. The Counseling relationship is the foundation for healing, and I will work hard to assist you in discovering your true selves. My goal is to collaboratively help you process whatever issues you are facing so positive change could begin by recognizing how some behavior may be no longer serving you well, what maintains those behaviors, and appropriately challenging them when you are ready.
My approach to counseling is a collaborative approach, as therapy isn’t a one-sided relationship because we will walk side by side together. You will be able to make the necessary changes to have a life worth living and learning and finding self-acceptance for a healthy and stronger version of yourself. Sometimes there are barriers or difficulties along the journey to becoming our ideal selves. Throughout my experience as a therapist, I have supported my clients in healing and understanding their challenges while utilizing skills to manage those difficult times.
I can help you if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, Attention issues, grief, life transitions, issues with a sense of belonging, loneliness, low self-esteem, anger management, relationship issues with self and others, and sexual assault or physical abuse recovery.
