Through the use of therapeutic rapport and empathic momentum, I work with a diverse array of clients to find insight that can lead to self-discovery, skillful adaption and decision-making, and desired behavior change. I routinely treat depression and anxiety, addiction, trauma, PTSD, and a variety of personality disorders, in addition to grief and loss. I routinely use family systems, CBT, DBT, Narrative and Existential therapeutic methods.
