About me
I am passionate and dedicated to supporting psychological wellness and the personal goals of individuals who are seeking mental health services.
While providing therapy with relational and person-centered approach, I focus on integrating cognitive-behavioral, contemporary psychodynamic, and strength-focused interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. I believe that who we are and all aspects of our identity have a profound impact on the way we view and interact with the world. I seek to understand each individual in their cultural and historical context and I accept all of who you are into the work we will do.
I have been privileged to work with individuals in various clinical settings and from diverse backgrounds and identities. I have a special interest in working with adolescence and young adults to help them navigate the unique challenges of emerging adulthood and see their personal stories in a more hopeful and aspiring way.
As a therapist I focus on maintaining a safe relationship with you, collaborating with you towards meeting your life goals, improving your quality of life, and ultimately enhancing your overall wellbeing. I welcome the opportunity to support you in your journey to greater self knowledge, deeper joy, and balance.
