About me
I can guide a change in thinking, reducing harmful behavioral patterns and painful emotional experiences using evidence based practices. I have intensive and advanced intensive training Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) DBT-PE through Behavioral Tech. I am intensively trained in RO-DBT for issues of overcontrolled coping, TEAM-CBT, CBT for psychosis, anxiety and trauma informed approaches include PE, IFS, EX/RP.
When efforts to resolve life's problems have not provided relief from painful situations or a lasting solution, therapy can help discover the core problems. If you have felt stuck, overwhelmed with worry, have had changes in mood and relationship tension, or acted in ways that are inconsistent with your values, we can work on recovering the parts of your life that bring you a sense of fulfilment and connection. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma.
