About me
Naomi Mack (she/her), RMHCI, is a registered mental health counselor intern working with adolescents, adults, and couples who often feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the lasting impacts of intergenerational trauma. Many of her patients also struggle with ADHD, navigating identity concerns, relationship difficulties, and LGBTQ+ issues.
When life feels overwhelming or disconnected, it can be hard to know where to start, or where to pick it back up, and that’s where I come in. Using culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed approaches, I will work with you on various topics, such as navigating interpersonal relationship difficulties, learning new coping skills, and increasing self-confidence in mind, body, and spirit.
Clients who work with me often describe feeling more confident in their ability to face life’s challenges, more open to new experiences, and better equipped with all-around tools to regulate emotions.
If you’re ready to explore therapy together, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways to thrive!
