About me
I combine my skills as both a psychotherapist and life coach, with over 20 years of experience, to help you not only heal the past but to move towards a more fulfilling, vibrant future. We all deserve to live a happy life with meaning and purpose.
I've been chosen as one of "Denver's Top 12 Life Coaches" for the past 6 years by expertise.com. It's my passion to help my clients overcome whatever is keeping them stuck and spinning their wheels in the same old patterns. Whether you are anxious, depressed, frustrated, lonely or otherwise unfulfilled, life can get better. I've seen it over and over and have faith in your ability to heal. Sometimes all you need is a compassionate ear and a skilled guide on the path.
It's my belief and professional experience, that life's deepest problems and crossroads often cannot be "figured out" by the mind alone. My approach is to help you connect more deeply with your own inner wisdom and innate knowing in order to uncover the answers and next steps in your life. There's a part of you that already knows what is needed. This is a heart-based path that takes trust and faith, but can reap rewards greater than you can imagine.
When I work with a client, I believe in your ability to truly heal and achieve what you desire. Over the past 20 years, I have helped clients with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, career transitions, financial prosperity, major life transitions, marriage counseling, self-esteem, grief, loss, trauma, codependency, etc. My approach is client-centered, empowering, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
I am certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and have completed three Life Coach Training Programs. I do Bryon Katie work and Internal Family Systems sessions for comprehensive healing.
If we work together, I am deeply committed to your success and happiness. Please view my website and/or call me with any questions. I am happy to speak with you.
