I am dedicated Therapist working to help women dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, body image, infertility, postpartum, marriage/relationship struggles, and any/all women issues .

I LOVE WHAT I DO! Helping people has been my life's work and brings meaning to my life, heart and soul. I am engaging, honest, genuine, fun, and easy to work with. I find the human condition, thought processes, struggles, & coping fascinating. I am an Iranian-American with overlapping identities enables me to empathize with my clients, particularly people of color. I address ineffective patterns and establish healthy coping strategies that support them to become their best selves. I approach therapy with a culturally-aware and strengths-based lens that incorporates mindfulness and person-centered therapy. I have extensive experience with women dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, chronic illness, grief, and any/all women's issues.
I work with clients from birth to end of life, various backgrounds, ethnicities, and religious beliefs. I approach clients with humility and open-mindedness, holding the belief I will meet the client where they are at. I work as hard the client to achieve the goals established for counseling. I want to build an honest & genuine relationship to penetrate the struggles. I like to focus on your strengths to enlighten and empower you to achieve your goals.
