About me
I work with clients who are looking to discover and accept themselves. When we are not allowed to be who we truly are due to societal, cultural, or family expectations, we repress or alienate those parts of ourselves others might find unacceptable. This can cause stress, trauma, and ongoing dysregulation. Together we will explore unmasking, authentic identity, and alignment to find a healthier sense of self, satisfaction, and joy within the world and institutions in which we live.
My approach is person centered, integrated, and trauma informed. I incorporate mindfulness, parts work, somatic/body awareness, and experiential practices to address guilt, shame, anxiety, and depression. This brings about increased emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and a greater sense of wholeness.
YOU are the one who has lived your life. YOU are the expert on you. I believe you and your body know what's needed to move toward wellbeing. Together we will build on your interests and strengths to find ways for you to live into the fullest sense of who you are.
