About me
I am a licensed mental health therapist helping adults navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, and major life stressors.
I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty managing stress, mood, or life transitions. Many of my clients describe feeling “stuck,” overthinking constantly, or struggling to keep up despite appearing high-functioning on the outside.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation to help clients better understand their emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, and improve emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to each individual, with a focus on practical strategies that can be applied in daily life.
I work especially well with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, self-doubt, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions, including academic pressure, career stress, relationship changes, and shifts in identity or direction. I aim to provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported while also being gently challenged to grow.
Seeking therapy is a meaningful step, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to manage life’s challenges while building a greater sense of clarity and balance.
