Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Greetings! I commend you on taking the initial steps to invest in your wellbeing, begin (or continue) a journey of spiritual development, and engage in rewarding identity work. In my collaborative therapeutic approach, my goal is to help you reach your full potential through an exploration of your authentic self. We will focus on reclaiming lost and forgotten parts, and clearing out that which no longer serves you to make room for the new. Together, we will foster a deeper connection to your Self, inviting exploration of all facets of your identity—including purpose, sexuality and intimacy, and the feminine.
Whether you’re feeling your way through grief, finding your authentic voice for the first time, or creating a personal ritual to honor your journey, I am here to help you access your heart and body intelligence. I look forward to supporting you as you step more fully into your aliveness—to embody your soul, in all of its humanity and beauty.
I am constantly amazed and touched by the beauty, adaptability and resiliency of the human spirit; therefore it is a privilege and a gift to work as a therapist.
We all need support at times in processing our life experience, navigating transition, and in finding hope amidst pain. It can be difficult for us to see ourselves clearly—our patterns of thinking, feeling and relating—and we underestimate our own capacity for growth and resourcefulness. The courage to be vulnerable –by moving toward our pain and confusion, as well as our joy—utterly transforms and frees us. In this way, seeking out a therapeutic relationship is not only an act of courage, but of self-love.
My passion for attending to the uniqueness of the female experience today includes ending gender, racial and sexual violence as well as helping women realize their individual and collective power. Many women have challenges around self-worth and self-compassion. Often, we spend so much time caring for others that we forget to attend to our own needs and desires. I believe that western women are uniquely positioned to claim their personal power and step into leadership roles with profound positive impact on our communities. I am excited to help women of all backgrounds untangle, mend, resurrect and blossom into their wholeness and strength.
