With over 24 years of experience, I have been very fortunate to have worked in almost every venue possible and have learned continually along the way. Today, I invite you to take a journey to learn about yourself, to heal, transform, and feel empowered. If you are ready to start exploring your best self, then allow me to assist you on your path to growth and well-being. Like all journeys, there will be ups, downs, tears, and some laughter as you travel forward toward resolution. Resolving your challenges will being the goal.

I work with an adult population of all races, genders, countries of origin, religions, sexual orientation, and body sizes. And with empathy, work to build a level of rapport and trust in addressing Mood Disorders. Trauma/PTSD, Addictions/Recovery, and Pregnancy Challenges.

Many of my clients have shared that they are "tired of trying to hold it together" and are "ready to move forward" from their past. These unique individuals are willing to come to a place of hard-work, tears, growth and most importantly healing. Although we can't change the difficult situations of the past, we can work therapeutically, in a safe environment, so that you can have an understanding of why you have been struggling - why you think and feel the way you do, and why you respond the way that you do. During your sessions, we will address your challenges and unearth the long standing negative perceptions, that have been holding you back.
With resolution the events or intrusive memories of your past will no longer dominate your present and future. This way, you can move forward with a new sense of confidence and determination to live your best life, which will benefit you and those close to you.

As for me, the person, I raised my children, who busy raising my grandchildren, who are the Loves of My Life!
