About me
Accepting New Clients - My approach to counseling is person centered, strengths based and existential. This means I believe the primary resource in the process is you! I value your innate desire to grow and create your life led by purpose and meaning. However, we can find ourselves in patterns that don't align with how we intend to navigate our lives. I come from a holistic approach and believe this disconnect can result in our stress affecting us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I offer an integrative approach to wellness. As a licensed professional counselor and 17 year practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu Acupressure, I recognize the importance of the mind-body connection. I believe healing can be pivotal when engaged on multiple levels and often integrate Acupressure to bring a more holistic, body-mind-spirit centered therapy.
The connection you have with your counselor in a safe, honest environment can help facilitate this valuable growth. I view our time together as a collaboration focused on your self-exploration, needs and goals. My aim is to help you discover (or remember) the resources you have within and refine how you choose to engage life in a meaningful way.
