I am the founder and executive director of Little Light Counseling, established in 2019. We are a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization dedicated to improving the lives of low-income children and their families through counseling and parenting education. I specialize in working with children and teens, but also enjoy working with adults and couples. We offer a free, in-person consultation to all new clients. I specialize in trauma and attachment issues. Extensive additional training in chronic pain and chronic illness management. If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD or trauma, we can help. We offer free consultations as well as discounted and pro-bono services to low-income families and individuals. Proof of income is required.

Hello! I believe that counseling can benefit anyone who is interested in improving their relationships and understanding themselves and others better. Counseling is a special protected relationship that when optimum, can engender honesty and healing. You don't have to be a victim to your childhood traumas and past relationships. I will create a safe space where you can be honest with me and with yourself, as we work together to improve functionality, improve symptoms and self-acceptance. Counselors also spend time doing counseling, so their personal issues don't cloud their work with clients. I am a lifelong student, and I am always studying and learning new techniques to benefit my clients. If you need someone to talk to, who can give you a different perspective and help you make needed changes in your life, call today. I am committed to providing ethical and cost-conscious counseling services for everyone who needs them. Little Light Counseling is committed to removing financial barriers to counseling, so everyone who needs help can get it. Faith-based counseling is available for those clients who desire it.
