About me
I am an MSW intern specializing in straightforward, solution-focused support that helps clients break patterns, strengthen self-worth, and become who they want to be.
I’m a Master of Social Work intern who believes real change happens when we get honest with ourselves, challenge old patterns, and build skills that support the life we want to live. My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on helping you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a way that leads to meaningful growth.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-doubt, stress, relationship patterns, and life transitions. I blend evidence-based practices such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies with a grounded, practical coaching style. You won’t get surface-level advice or passive nodding from me. I believe in accountability, emotional honesty, and building tools that create long-term resilience, not just temporary relief.
Therapy is a space to confront what’s holding you back, strengthen your sense of self, and learn to move through life with more clarity and confidence. If you're ready to do the work, I’m here to walk alongside you with support, skills, and straightforward guidance.
