About me
I work with young people and their families to provide meaningful and lasting change that help improve their wellbeing and success in their lives. I focus on integrative treatment modalities that teach and reinforce skills for emotional and behavioral management, as well as help my clients achieve acceptance and commitment for positive change through effective treatment plans and person-centered approach.
I offer individual therapy up to 2-3 times weekly (with a minimum sessions of every other week), along with individual DBT and CBT coaching. My clinical experience includes crisis interventions, creative arts therapy, supporting clients with ADHD and ASD and providing parental guidance.
I aim to provide treatment, counseling, psychoeducation and coaching to children, adolescents, young adults and their families, to navigate and manage the complexities of life and mental health. I provide my clients with success through balancing attainable and sustainable goals and building their support systems at home as well.
