You already have everything you need to make the changes you desire. Sometimes that inner wisdom and strength gets overshadowed by the "stuff of life". My role is not to tell you how to live or how to change. My role is simply to help you rediscover the path you've been looking for. I offer several options including, 30 or 60 minute sessions, office based or online. I also offer a fourth option: Walk and Talk therapy is a great way to get back in touch with nature while nurturing your mind and body.
