About me
Michelle is a spirited LCSW Psychotherapist, Addiction Specialist, and Life Coach. She offers individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy at her private practice in Los Angeles.
Living life to the fullest is an adventure. It takes courage to go forward, to harness the power within. This is where Psychotherapy and Life Coaching meet. I want to help you make smart choices and assist you in finding a sense of peace and acceptance while you move forward in your life. I am available to help you reach your personal and professional goals. I have studied mindfulness and work with clients who want to know more about it and embrace it.
I have worked with couples, individuals, and families, adolescents in crisis, the LGBTQ+ community, women in treatment, addicts/recovering addicts, HIV and AIDS, sufferers of chronic pain, people dealing with grief and loss, and those interested in pursuing mindfulness. With over 25 years of experience, I integrate psychotherapy, life coaching, and mindfulness. I offer a free consultation and welcome you to reach out to see if we are a good fit.
