I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who is praticing relationship coaching. I coach people who want to improve relationship communication, increase self-confidence, and replace old habits with healthy, new ones.

I provide relationship coaching services online, specializing in issues pertaining to love, sex, and relationships. When you feel stuck, unsure, or stressed about your relationships and want to do something to make it better, I'm here to help by giving you skills, insights, and empowerment to make positive changes. I have over 20 years of experience working with clients on relationship issues, helping hundreds of clients improve stress & anxiety, relationship challenges (both personal and professional), LGBTQ issues, building self-confidence, and improving self-esteem. As a relationship coach, I act as a strategic partner, guiding you to achieve positive results in communication, boundary-setting, bringing your authentic self into your relationships, getting on the same page with your partner, talking about sex, negotiating needs and wants, and/or handling separations and break-ups. (Even though I am an experienced and licensed marriage and family therapist, I currently practice Relationship Coaching, not therapy per se.)
