I feel truly privileged to witness my clients create long-lasting changes! No matter the age or circumstance of my clients, I strive to develop an authentic therapeutic connection with each client that leads to positive change and growth.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor who creates an inviting and safe place for healing, empowerment, and growth. My strengths-based, trauma-informed approach encourages clients to freely express themselves while experiencing unconditional acceptance. I love helping people access their own personal strengths and relinquish the narration that creates shame, pain, and feelings of inadequacy. I believe we all deserve and are capable of living authentic and fulfilling lives, and will support you in your journey towards personal growth and healing.

With over 22 years of counseling experience, I have developed a passion for working with people who have experienced challenges related to substance abuse, the criminal justice system, the child welfare system, gender identity, and being LGBTQ+. I also love helping people with anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, bipolar disorder, ADHD, excessive anger, unresolved trauma, grief, PTSD, and many other mental health needs. I use a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
