In addition to being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I am trained in multiple modalities including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Nutritional and Integrative Medicine, and Play Therapy. During sessions, being able to seamlessly flow from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral "talk" Therapy) into other targeted modalities, allows my clients to release stress, anxiety, past trauma and overwhelm quickly and effectively,. Most people find they are moving forward with their lives and achieving personal goals within a few sessions.
