I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor who works with adolescents and adults struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions.
My approach to working with people who are seeking out therapy services is compassionate and client-centered. I view therapy as a partnership between therapist and client. I work to provide a warm, supportive, non-threatening, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel free to express their innermost thoughts, feelings, and ideas.
