Dr. Michelle Di Paolo is a licensed professional counselor and an expert in stress management and psychophysiology, focused on the treatment of anxiety disorders, phobias, etc., and medically complex clients such as those with heart disease, cancer, terminal illnesses, auto-immune disorders, pre/post surgical, women's and men's health, and chronic pain. She also specializes in anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, new traumatic events, and post traumatic stress disorder.

Dr. Di Paolo sets herself apart from other practitioners due to her wide breadth of experience in the medical sciences as a former nursing assistant, her work with clients at a cancer hospital, in-patient, out-patient, and private practice settings, education in physiology, work as an experimenter and laboratory manager, certified heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback practitioner, and EOL planner.

With End-of-Life (EOL) Planning, you can plan for a beautiful EOL and post-life process for you and your family. I help clients think deeply, plan, and become detail-oriented & creative about their EOL vision. EOL planning goes well beyond estate planning, although finances can be discussed as well. EOL planning is focused on the psychology of your plans, empowerment to choose what you want, how to and assistance with discussing plans with family, and fear around death and dying.

This planning process can be done at all-ages, however it is best suited for clients in their younger years. Although you can wait to plan until EOL is eminent, it is advisable to consider EOL planning when you are most sound of mind and body.

Dr. Di Paolo is available for public speaking engagements and provides training to medical professionals on how to recognize and address mental health concerns among their patients.
