About me

Life can present overwhelming challenges causing people to feel anxious, depressed, and not to feel good about who they are and where they are going in life. Therapy is an important step in dealing with distress and moving to a place of meaning and fulfillment.

Therapy should be an open, supportive, and non-judgemental space where we can work together to bring balance to who you are, understand the impact of your experiences, see yourself and your life with a more integrated perspective, and better navigate life's confusing crossroads for a more grounded life. It's important to have a strong sense of self. I enjoy working with people one-on-one and have over 30 years of clinical experience working with a diverse range of people.

I have an insight-oriented background with a Jungian/Depth perspective on the unconscious. There are so many obstacles that interfere with wellness it’s impossible to list them all in a useful way; I work with many issues that interfere with a person's functioning in addition to depression, anxiety, low self-value, relationship stress, women's issues, child abuse and neglect, and traumatic experiences. Also, I have worked with many creative professionals. Lastly, I have a passion for working with dreams.

Currently, I am working on a privacy (HIPPA) compliant telehealth platform. I welcome speaking with you.
