Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a seasoned clinician who loves helping clients realize their full potential. I'll give you the tools and skills necessary to cope with life's adversities, as well as a supportive environment to share your story.
Is today the day you reach out for help? Did that curveball life has thrown you knock you off your game? No problem is too big or too small to work on if it's causing you distress. I have success working with clients that are losing sleep, excessively worrying, over thinking, over spending, using substances, isolating from family & friends, and missing time from work & school. My ideal clients may also be grieving, going through a life-transition, or experiencing existential/spiritual concerns.
It's so easy to slipped into unhealthy ways of coping. Many of us have been told to "just try harder", or we've been raised to "pull ourselves up by our bootstraps" and ultimately feel defeated and hopeless when these strategies don't work. The good news is…your mind and body are created to be in balance, to be well, and to enjoy life. In my practice I help clients realize their full potential by developing the tools and skills necessary to cope with life's adversities. Clients finally feel in control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors…sometimes for the first time in their lives.
I'm passionate about the well-being of my clients and for 17 years I've been helping them on their path to wellness. I help clients live their best lives and feel empowered to handle whatever comes their way. I use an integrative, CBT approach to therapy, individualized for your needs. This means we may explore past experiences and how they inform your present-day world view, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We will also look at your patterns of thinking and how they may be influencing your perceptions and reactions to your life experiences.
Let today be the day that you reach out and begin your journey to wellness.
