About me
I am licensed in the State of Ohio with 26 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I began my career in Substance Abuse in 1995 at a small community agency. I have worked with a variety of populations including criminal justice and victims of domestic violence. In 2000 I attended the University of Toledo , obtained a Master's Degree in Community Counseling and became licensed to provide mental health services.
I am a person centered therapist and likes to explore coping skills and positive attributes to self improvement. Everyone has a chance at change and I get excited about your personal development
