I am an experienced psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping you bring more ease, peacefulness and compassion into your life.

n the surface, things may seem great, but it doesn't always feel that way inside. You know something needs to change. You would like to feel more fulfilled, but you don't know how to get there. Maybe you feel stuck, bored, or discouraged. Maybe you are struggling with a significant life transition, addiction, depression, or trauma, and you know you need support. Perhaps, you just want someone who can be there, who can provide compassion and guidance. You are ready to embrace a more authentic and meaningful life. I offer telehealth sessions to people living in both Hawaii and PA. If you reside in PA, I offer evening hours.
I believe therapy is both holistic and fluid, and I help clients understand the unconscious dynamics impacting their lives. Together, we'll explore the mind-body connection and how it affects your well-being. I integrate principles from somatic and psychodynamic theories. I also use drug-assisted therapies via cannabis and ketamine if requested.

My experiences living all around the world and serving in the Peace Corps has given me a rich understanding of what it means to be human. As a therapist, I value being compassionate above all else.
