About me
I am experienced in working with adults who need help with learning how to manage anxiety, stress and the impact of trauma.
My goal is to provide therapy in a laid back style that allows people to get comfortable in the therapy space. I listen, support and help you to challenge the stuff getting in the way, while being goal oriented. I pull from my experiences working with people from a variety of backgrounds affected by different struggles. Training includes trauma focused and non-trauma modalities. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space of healing and/or discovery.
