I am licensed in Florida with 29 years of professional work experience. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect; and it is the foundation of our work together. In my work I combine client-centered therapy, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive behavioral therapies to empower individuals to work toward and reached their goals.

I have helped people with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, overcoming trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and other areas of their lives. I am also a Veteran of the United States Army and can assist other Veterans with the challenges they face in everyday life.

I see out work together as a collaboration between you and I. I believe you are the expert of your story and you already possess strengths and skills to assist you with the challenges you face. I bring clinical knowledge and expertise from 29 years of working as a Clinical Social Worker. Together, we will work on what’s important to you and the goals you set. My hope is that we find ways to help you make the improvements in your life and make your goals a reality.
