I am a Washington State licensed Marriage & Family Associate therapist who works mainly with relationships and couples as well as with individuals for anxiety and sex therapy.

For nearly 25 years in HR and communications, I have helped corporations with communication and relationship issues with employees. I now help individuals and relationships directly with life challenges. I believe communication is central to how we interact with the world and how the world interacts with us--from our loved ones at home to strangers on the street--and it informs how I do therapy. I use Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) while drawing on communications theory, and an Integrated Couples Therapy perspective, taking parts of EFT and Gottman Therapy, for a phased approach to relationship therapy.
I specialize in couples/relationships, communication issues, sex therapy, and grief and loss, as well as anxiety and sex therapy for individuals. Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is an important part of the process, and I look forward to meeting with you.
I see individuals and couples in person from my office in Downtown Seattle and online via a Telehealth platform. Sessions are $150 with sliding scale openings available based on financial need and subject to availability.
