I am an experienced social worker PhD. who is dedicated to helping those who wish to live happier lives through management of depression and anxiety or drug addiction.
In my practice I utilize a combination of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and narrative strategies in suggesting practical tools the client may immediately start to use in an effort to create a more rewarding and fulfilling life. I rely heavily on the use of mindfulness techniques and relaxation exercises.
