About me

I am a clinical psychologist.

Many of us are navigating systems that were not designed to nourish us, and growing through hardships that leave us feeling isolated and overwhelmed. I specialize in helping people (especially LGBTQ people, BIPOC, and Autistic people) understand how therapy (e.g. acceptance and commitment, interpersonal skills, trauma work, emotion regulation) can be applied to overcome and liberate. I also specialize in managing OCD/OCD-spectrum disorders, Social Anxiety, and Bipolar Disorder. By enhancing your strengths, reworking coping mechanisms, and reframing beliefs about yourself, you can find peace and joy.

Using trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, organizational skills, exposure, problem-solving, dialectical behavior therapy skills (distress tolerance, core mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation), we can enhance relaxation, confidence, mood-management, and strengths-focused empowerment.

We all benefit from additional perspective and a space to process through thoughts and experiences. Additionally, I hope to provide a plethora of coping skills that will decrease distress with time, increase your sense of emotional connection and control, and unite your mind, body and intention to provide a meaningful and fulfilling life.
