About me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 12 years post graduate experience as a therapist with experience in the mental health field for the past 19 years. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all ages.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship serves as a firm foundation for treatment. I want to provide you with a safe space for self-exploration, healing and guidance. My hope is that you will feel supported, accepted and empowered through our relationship. I prefer to use a combination of treatment modalities such as ACT, DBT and CBT practices as well as an integration of families and individuals based on a structural approach. I like to be flexible in order to meet the individual where they are in their journey. I am also experienced in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate family work for trauma informed parenting and repairing relationships. In addition, I am certified in integrative mental health and specialize in nutrition for mental health.
