I am an Integrative & Regenerative Health Social Worker who is passionate about educating, empowering and uplifting others (with a special interest in moms, women with sensitive nervous systems, autoimmune challenges or HSP/Empaths) to live a more peaceful, healthier and happier life.

I embrace being one of the ~20% who are born with the innate survival strategy of high sensitivity (HSP) and also that of a high sensation seeker (HSS). As a result of my sensitivities as an HSP homeschooling-career mom, relentless curiosity and need for alone time to process my experiences and feelings, I have identified tools and techniques based in Positive Psychology, Strength-Based, and Quantum Physics to educate, empower and uplift others to align with living their best lives. I have compassion for other highly sensitive moms and am here to support them in identifying their unique needs, gifts and dreams so they can reclaim their power to navigate through the challenges of living in a world where the majority do not have the high sensitivity trait. I am also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional because I value a holistic approach of mind-body-spirit with a focus on several essential areas to empower your greatest health. I am a Certified HeartMath Interventions Professional because I value bringing harmony and coherence to the heart-brain connection. I offer a range of services to those who resonate with what I am passionate about, ready to commit to the process of change, and want the support to grow along their unique journey.
