Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am an experienced therapist with a passion to help adults cope and manage anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem.
I enjoy working with adults to aid in self-growth by working toward overcoming daily and life stressors, learning and breaking behavioral patterns, as well as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. Through active listening and support, my treatment philosophy involves helping clients improve their well-being by processing, building self-awareness, and developing tools to cope and manage their issues and concerns. My empathetic nature helps clients build trust to focus on and work toward achieving their goals and building insight. I consider myself a LGBTQIA+, polyamorous and sex worker- affirming therapist.
I have been working in the mental health field since 2014 at various levels of care with a passion toward helping others improve all aspects of their lives. I enjoy learning and research, and am driven to incorporate the best evidence-based practices into my therapeutic approach. I utilize eclectic therapy and a semi-structured approach in my sessions.
