I believe every individual can benefit from counseling through guidance, coaching and a listening ear. I am dedicated to and passionate about helping my clients work through challenges and difficult life experiences by providing tools for personal growth and enhancement. Through counseling I hope to provide hope and encouragement to heal wounds and help transform their lives for the better, leading to meaningful and positive futures. In my 20+ years of experience in human services working with clients I have seen individuals cultivate greater confidence self-esteem, optimal emotional balance and build richer, fuller relationships.

I am experienced working with individuals suffering from bi-polar, anxiety, depression, eating disorder, PTSD, substance abuse, sexual disorders, sexual victimization, and co-morbid diagnosis. I use an eclectic approach drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, EMDR and Expressive Arts.
I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona, California, and Colorado. Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH). Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
