About me
I believe everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental, and validating space to navigate life’s challenges, successes, and stagnation. We all experience our journey differently. I know that your experiences are real and while I may not share them, I will hear you, see you, and work with you to navigate them in culturally responsive way that feels right for you.
Our work together will be collaborative, strength-based, client-centered & solution-focused. My clients are encouraged to explore holistic approaches to their mental health by exploring practices & activities that feed their soul (we can work together to identify these things for you). You are putting in the work, I am here to help you on your journey.
Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, low motivation and self-esteem, relationship issues, or simply just feeling stuck in life? Maybe you don't know how to describe how you're feeling yet. Together we can find the spark to make the changes you desire, get you feeling like yourself again, or figure out who you truly are. Sometimes we face life transitions, whether welcome or unwelcome and expected or unexpected, and we find ourselves different at the other side. We can explore the feelings and thoughts behind this and help you grow with your new reality, whatever it is.
