About me
I am an experienced therapist working with teens, young adults and adults. I enjoy helping others on their path toward wellness and healing. I have worked in a variety of settings that has helped me hone my skills to best help each individual. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and also use Solution-Focused, CBT, & Mindfulness in my practice.
I graduated from OSU with my Masters of Social Work and stayed in the Central Ohio area to practice. Currently I'm seeing client's both via tele-health and in person (Office located in Gahanna). As a queer provider, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can take this journey collaboratively.
