I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I have experience working with clients on a myriad of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, women’s issues, as well as healing from narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and trauma.
My approach is direct, respectful, and considerate of your individual needs. I combine cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment, and systemic therapy. Our sessions will be tailored to your unique and specific needs, using effective, research-based methods for helping you achieve your goals.
