I am dedicated to helping individuals discover and harness their inner strength and empowerment. Grounded in curiosity and rooted in connection, I believe that exploring and embracing one’s sexuality — whether solo or with partners — can be a powerful journey towards self-empowerment and fufillment. My mission is to be a supportive ally in this process, guiding clients to access their inner resources and cultivate meaningful connections both within themselves and others.

I facilitate safe spaces for individuals to access their innate curiosity and compassion for themselves, their loved ones, and our community through group and relationship therapy. Like many of you, I come with a colorful life story full of love, betrayal, healing, failure, and transformation. I use a blend of life experience, integration of body mind spirit, systems approaches, and my degree in clinical mental health counseling to support you in accessing your inner healer. My lived experience is not just my own, but that of the transformations I witnessed in the ups and downs that my family and friends goes through. I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. I am half Salvadorean and half Bolivian, born to two kids fresh out of high school who raised me with the village of my Grandparents, Tia's, Tios, cousins, and my four amazing siblings. I am the eldest daughter and granddaughter on both sides, a blessing and a curse.
